Hardness testers calibration

These calibrations are conducted directly at the customer’s site or in the calibration laboratory. Hardness tester calibration include an inspection of:

  • preload force
  • test force
  • shape (wear and tear or damage) of the indenter
  • the length accuracy of the measured imprint dimension for methods that use an optical or video system to read an imprint size
  • the length accuracy of the measured imprint depth for methods that measure the imprint depth

How do we do it?

We offer accredited calibration in cooperation with our partners.  

We briefly explain how we guarantee your satisfaction with the calibration of your hardness tester:

  1. Contact us using the inquiry form on this page or by telephone (the number below).
  2. Our calibration laboratory responsible employee will inspect your request and personally contact you within 24 hours with questions and requirements in order to clarify your inquiry.
  3. After clarifying all the details related to your needs, we will prepare and send you a quote including information about the earliest available calibration date.
  4. Once you order our service, our calibration laboratory representative will confirm the calibration date in your company or in the calibraton laboratory with you. 
  5. We will conduct the calibration and prepare a worksheet with you.
  6. We usually draw up and send a calibration protocol to you within 48 hours of calibration.
