Measuring devices calibration
Calibration is conducted directly at the customer’s site. The following device characteristics are checked:
- device condition and functionality
- control and measuring software, making sure they are up to date
- calibration along the X and Y axes in a single field of view
- calibration along the X and Y axes up to 1000 mm and the Z axis up to 300 mm
- error determination and uncertainty calculation
- correction of the measuring software according to the measurement error
- if we detect errors and uncertainties outside a device’s production tolerance, we will suggest a suitable repair procedure with the manufacturer

How do we do it?
We briefly explain how we guarantee your satisfaction with calibrating your measuring device or microscope:

- Our calibration laboratory responsible employee will inspect your request and personally contact you within 24 hours with questions and requirements in order to clarify your inquiry.
- After clarifying all the details related to your needs, we will prepare and send you a quote including information about the earliest available calibration date.
- Once you order our service, our calibration laboratory representative will confirm the calibration date in your company or in the calibraton laboratory with you.
- We will conduct the calibration and prepare a worksheet with you.
- We usually draw up and send a calibration protocol to you within 48 hours of calibration.
