Test chambers

Weiss Technik GmbH offers the most extensive portfolio of test chambers for simulating environmental conditions on individual products, including temperature, environmental, shock or corrosion chambers. The company draws from many years of experience in sales of standard products and specialized custom solutions for the automotive, electronic, construction, pharmaceutical and medical industries. Weisstechnik means a safe future

Temperature chambers with small volumes from 20 litres up to large chambers for entire automobiles with a temperature range of -70 to +200 °C and temperature change speeds of up to 30 K/min

Environmental chambers  with small volumes of 34 litres up to large chambers for entire automobiles with a temperature range of -70 to +200 °C and temperature change speed of up to 30 K/min and relative humidity range of 10 to 98 %

Temperature shock chambers with a testing space volume up to 300 litres allow temperature shocks of -80 to +250 °C on products within 10 seconds

Corrosion chambers from 120 litres up to walk-in type chambers simulating saline mist, condensation, alternating environmental or cyclic conditions, including freezing down to -40 °C

Vibration chambers combine vibration tests with a temperature range of -70 to 180 °C and temperature change speed of up to 15 K/min and relative humidity variations from 10 to 95 %

SoSi chambers that simulate the conditions of a direct sunlight, heat, cold and humidity to the required degree in order to accelerate ageing effects such as loss of colour or strength

Customized systems as Drive-In and Airbag chambers, Test Benches, Mobile Units and Others

Stability chambers simulate storage conditions, i.e. the impact of temperature, humidity or UV radiation and make use of standard cabinet designs or even walk-in chambers

Phytotrons, regulate temperature, humidity and solar radiation, including daybreak and dusk for a long-term simulation of the day/night cycle

Dust and spray chambers simulate the conditions of various ingress protection levels against water and dust particles

S!IMPATI can be used to network different types of systems and to document and evaluate processes in a convenient manner
